Job summary

Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Leader to supervise site operations and deliver excellent customer service at our Bridgeville auto wash. You will help grow sales, educate customers about the Unlimited Wash Club, and ensure high quality and safety standards.

You will greet customers, lead the team, and handle escalations while maintaining a professional appearance and teamwork. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• As Team Leader, support site facilities and operations responsibilities while delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and maintaining quality.
• Greet customers, educate them about our Unlimited Wash Club, and engage with customers pre/post wash for satisfaction.
• Maintain quality checks, lead the team to exceed service standards, address escalations calmly, and operate basic retail equipment.
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment and perform other duties as assigned.
