Express Wash Concepts LLC is seeking a Team Leader at our Chesapeake location. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional customer care, and promote our Unlimited Wash Club. Earn $17.50 per hour with opportunities to advance through our growing network of locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service, boosting sales growth, and upholding quality standards.
• Drive exceptional customer service and sales growth while maintaining rigorous quality checks.
• Greet customers with strong first impressions and educate them about the Unlimited Wash Club benefits.
• Engage with customers before and after wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Lead the team to achieve and sustain high-quality service and address escalations calmly.
• Maintain quality control and ensure safety and appearance standards are met across shifts.
