Tidal Wave Auto Spa is actively seeking a Team Leader to help run the front-line operations at our Newnan, GA location. You will lead by example, ensuring friendly service, smooth daily operations, and engagement with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
