We’re now looking for a Team Leader to take the lead in our Elgin branch – driving performance, developing talent, and delivering the outstanding service we’re known for across our F&G, Hire, Hydraulics, and Service departments.
What The Role Involves
As Team Leader, you'll be the glue that holds our departments together. You'll:
- Lead and support a multi-skilled team across the workshop, sales, hire, and service functions.
- Set daily priorities, allocate tasks, and keep the team focused and motivated.
- Drive performance by monitoring KPIs and providing regular feedback and support.
- Be the go-to for customer satisfaction – always ensuring our service is second to none.
- Manage stock, parts, and warranty systems with accuracy and care.
- Keep everything running smoothly – from scheduling maintenance to upholding safety and compliance.
- Champion team training and development, spotting potential and helping it grow.
- Act as a keyholder and play a vital role in the day-to-day running of the branch.

- Experience leading or supervising a team – you know how to get the best from others.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- A hands-on, flexible approach and a calm head when things get busy.
- A sharp eye for detail – especially when it comes to stock, systems, and service standards.
- Confident IT, literacy and numeracy skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
- A genuine passion for customer service and team development.
