Job summary

Class LTD is seeking a Team Leader to supervise direct care professionals who assist individuals with disabilities in daily living and community settings. This full-time, in-person role requires leadership, oversight of coaching, and commitment to advocacy and safety.

You will guide staff to support clients’ goals, coordinate training, and ensure compliance with CLASS policies while maintaining a flexible schedule and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree in Human Services Related Area preferred.
• Experience in the Human Services Field is preferred.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable.
• Must be able to work with male and female clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to direct care professionals who deliver companionship and daily living assistance.
• Advocate for individuals with disabilities to maximize independence in community settings.
• Promote self-advocacy and assist clients in achieving goals and accessing support services.
• Communicate goals and policies to staff and relay feedback to management.
