Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support site operations
• Boost sales growth and promote the Unlimited Wash Club
• Maintain stringent quality standards through accurate Quality Control checks
• Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed service standards
• Address customer escalations calmly and effectively
• Operate basic retail equipment and understand the wash process
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
• Perform other related duties as required
