The Haldex team in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Team Leader to supervise distribution warehouse staff through receiving, storage, and shipping operations. You will lead by example, coach peers, and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards.
Responsibilities include scheduling work, issuing instructions, training employees, maintaining accurate records, and developing SAP S/4HANA knowledge to monitor workflow and resolve process issues with the team.
Supervises, trains and coordinates activities of distribution warehouse employees concerned with tasks associated with the warehouse operation from receiving through shipment.
