Chick-fil-A is seeking a Team Leader to support senior leadership in daily operations within a fast-paced restaurant in Farmington, NM. You will coach team members, ensure operational excellence, and uphold Chick-fil-A's culture and service standards.

The role emphasizes leading by example, maintaining a positive tone for the team, and ensuring excellent guest experiences, with opportunities for growth and development.

Qualifications

• Must have a friendly demeanor and be able to create emotional connections with guests.
• Able to maintain eye contact and speak enthusiastically with team and guests.
• Strong customer service focus and commitment to supervision and teamwork.
• Ability to manage team member behavioral and performance issues when needed.
• Experience leading shifts or supervising staff is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in day‑to‑day operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Provide immediate and respectful responses to guests' needs.
• Assist in training new hires and set the tone for each shift.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and lead shifts as needed.
• Open and/or close, count drawers, and finalize day.
• Communicate effectively, both written and spoken, with team and guests.

Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader’s two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:

• Participating operationally in day‑to‑day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
• Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
