Job summary

Chick-fil-A Danville is seeking a Team Leader to support daily restaurant operations and lead by example. You will coach team members, uphold Chick-fil-A standards, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes accountability, urgency, and servant leadership as you collaborate with senior leadership to drive Operational Excellence and the Recipe for Service.

Responsibilities

• Participate operationally in day-to-day activities in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Offer immediate and respectful response to guests' needs.
• Assist in training of new hires and set the tone for a shift.
• Be a friendly, encouraging team player and lead by example.
• Open and/or close, lead shifts, and act as a key holder.
• Count drawers and finalize day-end procedures.
• Maintain excellent written and spoken communication.

A Team Leader is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant's heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. Our Team Leaders are responsible for supporting senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Team Leader's two main areas of focus are completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Team Leader Responsibilities:
