You'll supervise and motivate staff, oversee daily operations, ensure safety, and support with setup and breakdown. Strong communication and a proactive, team-first attitude are essential; Spanish is a plus.

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or leadership position.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects).
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a team-first attitude.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus but not required.
