Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance in Maine seeks a Residential Team Leader - Mental Health Services to guide and mentor direct care staff in a compassionate, person-centered residential program. You will support individuals in building independence and managing daily living skills in a recovery-focused setting.

The role emphasizes leadership, safety, teamwork, and community integration, with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of related experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain MHRT-1 certification.

Responsibilities

• Support and coach individuals in daily living skills, wellness, recovery, and independence.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to direct care staff.
• Help create a safe, supportive, and person-centered residential environment.
• Promote self-advocacy, healthy coping skills, and community integration.
