Fish Window Cleaning of Manassas is seeking a part-time Team Lead - Window Cleaner in Manassas, VA. The role involves leading a small team to clean interior and exterior windows on commercial and residential properties, with no high-rise work and no nights or weekends.

You’ll train on the job, earn weekly pay, and enjoy a flexible schedule with opportunities for advancement. A positive attitude and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Liability car insurance required.
• Ability to lead cleaners on large jobs and projects.
• Provide excellent customer service; write clearly and speak well.
• Self-motivated; able to work alone.

Responsibilities

Fish Window Cleaning is looking for a Team Lead - Window Cleaner for our operation in Manassas, VA.

• We clean windows inside and out on commercial and residential buildings three stories or less. We do no high rise work! Everything is done from the ground or on a ladder for some residential tasks.
• No nights, weekends, or holidays!
• Perfect opportunity for anyone currently working as a construction or warehouse worker, laborers, restaurant and hospitality workers, cashiers, servers, line cooks and retail/customer service workers.
• We are looking for candidates that maintain positive attitudes and seek to provide extraordinary customer service.
• No experience necessary, we will train the right person.

• Part-time

Typical Schedule:

Mon-Fri, 8:00am – 5:00pm

Pay $600-$800 per week

Job responsibilities:

• Meet cleaners in the mornings for check ins
• Lead multiple cleaners on large jobs
• Responsible for interactions with customers on multi-cleaner jobs
• Handle call backs
• Inspect and maintain equipment

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand on feet for long periods of time
• Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Able to do repetitive motion with hands, wrist and arms
• Able to work with arms above head
• Able to bend and squat to ground level
• Able to work in temperatures ranging from 0 to 110 degree
• Able to assemble, lift and climb ladders up to 30 feet
