Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Williamsburg is seeking a part-time Team Leader to help run the site and support daily operations. You will lead by example, help with service quality, and assist management in achieving goals.

As a Team Leader you will provide friendly customer service, help with open/close, enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club, prep vehicles, guide customers onto the tunnel, and keep the facility well-maintained, including landscaping and cleaning tasks.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible and reliable.
• Must be able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.
