Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage the facility and its operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You will lead by example, assist management, and help drive guest satisfaction at one of the country’s leading car wash brands.

The role offers growth opportunities in a dynamic company with a strong development path, weekly commission potential, and flexible scheduling for both part-time and full-time positions.

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.

What Your Day Will Look Like:
