Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Sylacauga, AL is seeking a Team Leader for a part-time role. You will lead by example, deliver friendly, enthusiastic customer service, assist with opening and closing the facility, and help guide customers through the car wash experience.

This position includes flexible scheduling, the potential for weekly commissions, and strong opportunities for growth within the company. Candidates must be at least 18, able to stand long hours in varying weather, and pass a drug screen

Responsibilities

• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in routine maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscaping and pressure washing.
