You will oversee the training of surgical techs, mentor staff, and help maintain high standards of quality and patient safety while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused environment.

This full-time role follows daytime hours (645-1515) and offers the opportunity to impact outcomes across the surgical services.

Formación

• 3-5 years of surgical tech experience.
• Certification: CST (NBSTSA) required.
