Job summary

Dover Food Retail in the United States (Georgia) seeks a manufacturing Associate to operate, maintain, and troubleshoot assembly line machinery at fixed workstation positions, ensuring smooth production flow.

You will monitor product quality, record daily production data, and support non-routine operations; some training and supervision responsibilities apply. This on-site role may include commissions based on performance within our plan.

• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
• Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
• Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.

Job Responsibilities

Accountable for setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing assembly line machinery/equipment at fixed workstation positions including:

• Operating machinery/equipment to install a piece/part/component of an in-process product, assembly, or sub-assembly as it moves along the assembly line.
• Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods.
• Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
• Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.

A Support 4 requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations..
• Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees..
• Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

This position is eligible to earn commissions based on performance metrics and other criteria outlined in our applicable commissions plan.
