Job summary

DeLeers Construction in De Pere, Wisconsin, is seeking a Project Management Team Leader to oversee the Residential Project Management Team and drive department-level operational plans. You will lead day-to-day operations, set priorities, distribute workload, and ensure efficient processes while mentoring staff and promoting professional growth.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years of construction project management experience, a degree in Construction Project Management (or equivalent), and PMP

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Salary Range: $100,000.00 To $140,000.00 Annually

DeLeers Construction is expanding our Team! We currently have an opening for an Project Management Team Leader at our De Pere, WI office.

The Team Leader of Project Management is responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the Residential Project Management Team. They will be involved in creating department-level operational plans that support the overall company strategies. They oversee the day-to-day operations of their team, setting priorities, managing and distributing the projects and workload, ensuring efficient processes are in place and followed, and teammates are meeting their goals. Leading the team includes training and development of associates, performance management, andcreating an environment which promotes trust, open communication, creative thinking and cohesiveness by acting as a motivator, supervisor, and mentor.

The Project Management Team Leader will also receive a company vehicle and must have a valid drivers license and meet DeLeers Safe Driver standards.

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to lead people and drive results, be self-motivated and able to work proactively, have excellent communication, delegation, problem solving, and team buildings skills, and excellent listening and analytical skills. Ideal candidates will have 7+ years of experience as a construction project manager, a degree in Construction Project Management or equivalent experience. Having a Project Management certification (PMP) is a plus!
