We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team in Seguin, Texas as a Team Lead for the Industrial Power Systems Division. As a team lead you will support our Logistics Department/Supply Chain, provide day-to-day leadership of the assigned team to ensure the team safely and efficiently performs the activities related to the supply chain, logistics, and analytical work to produce Caterpillar diesel engines and generators, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
