Job summary

Follett Corporation in Hanover, NH, is seeking a Team Lead to work closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager. The role includes receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise, as well as ensuring all team members receive proper training. The Team Lead also acts as the leader on duty when the Store Manager is absent.

Successful candidates will have 1-3 years of relevant experience, an Associate's Degree or equivalent, and basic computer skills. A flexible schedule is required, including availability for evening and weekend hours.

Job description

Position Overview

The Team Lead works closely with the Department Manager(s) or Store Manager to receive, price, and stock merchandise to meet the needs of the store's customers and drive sales and profits. Assist Team Members with completing the work within the store. Ensures all team members receive the appropriate training and education, including ongoing compliance training. Acts as leader on duty, responding to customer and team member concerns in the absence of the Store Manager, opening and closing the store, and ensuring all bookstore property and team members are safe and secure.

Pay Range

$12.00-$24.33/hour
