GO Car Wash is seeking a Team Lead to support site managers with daily operations at our car wash locations. You will help lead a team, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive membership sales while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll work outdoors in a fast-paced environment, supervise teammates, and participate in hiring, training, and coaching to uphold our values. Competitive benefits include health, 401(k), paid time off, and free car washes.

Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach teammates to perform car wash activities; ensure site, inventory, equipment, service and safety standards.
