Atlantis Fresh Market is seeking a Team Lead in New Jersey to drive customer service excellence and oversee daily store operations. You will motivate the team, greet customers, manage the register, and ensure a clean, safe store environment while upholding company standards.

The role is full-time, with a focus on leading by example and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for guests in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Experience in customer service or retail leadership.
• Ability to motivate and coach a team to deliver service excellence.
• Comfort with operating a cash register and basic POS tasks.
