Your Responsibilities as a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead

• You are the boots on the ground—walking job sites, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment standards
• Keep crews organized, on schedule, and operating efficiently
• Assist with routing, job planning, and daily execution
• Support your team by solving problems, providing direction, and ensuring proper training
• Ensure all work is completed to standard and that the team is set up for the next day

Manage the Field

• You are the boots on the ground—walking job sites, ensuring quality, and maintaining equipment standards
• Keep crews organized, on schedule, and operating efficiently
• Assist with routing, job planning, and daily execution
• Support your team by solving problems, providing direction, and ensuring proper training
• Ensure all work is completed to standard and that the team is set up for the next day

Job Requirements

• Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, or a related service industry (required)
• Experience leading a crew or stepping into a leadership role in the field
• Ability to operate and maintain equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.)
• Willingness to complete any required certifications or licenses within 6 months
• Clean driving record and experience towing a trailer

Pay & Opportunity

• $18.00–$22.00 per hour, based on experience
