We are hiring a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to join our growing team in Las Vegas. As a Team Lead you will oversee a team of talented individuals and ensure that they meet their targets and achieve their goals. You will be responsible for managing the team's performance, providing guidance and support and promoting a positive work culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead guide and motivate team members to achieve their individual and team goals
• Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to ensure targets are being met
• Develop strategies to improve team productivity and efficiency
• Handle any escalated issues or concerns from clients or team members
• Conduct regular coaching sessions with team members to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
• Create and maintain a positive work environment that fosters teamwork creativity and growth
• Assist in recruiting training and onboarding new team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role preferably in the same industry
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with different levels of stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of performance evaluation techniques and metrics
• Experience with project management tools such as Trello or Asana is a plus
