Job summary

The Grounds Guys is seeking a Landscaping Maintenance Team Lead to guide on-site crews, ensure quality, and keep equipment maintained.

You will organize routes, manage schedules, train staff, address issues, and ensure projects wrap up for the next day.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping or lawn service experience is required.
• Ability to operate and perform basic maintenance on yard equipment (mowers, trimmers, tractors).
• Willingness to complete required certifications and licenses within 6 months if required.
