Job summary

Ted's Montana Grill in Columbus, OH is seeking a Team Lead who can energize shifts, support the Management Team, and uphold our Big Sky Spirit in every service.

You will train and educate new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill culture, standards, and operations, while managing all team members under supervision, attending weekly Management Meetings, and creating a fun, positive, energetic environment for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Full-service restaurant kitchen experience is desired.
• Great team player.
• Ability to multitask.

Participates in training and educating new Team Members on Ted's Montana Grill culture, philosophies, standards, and operations. Manages all Team Members under their supervision. Attends weekly Management Meetings. Creates a fun, positive and energetic environment.
