Job summary

Harris M L Group in Natchez, MS is seeking an experienced janitorial technician to maintain clean, orderly buildings after hours. You will track supply inventories, manage equipment, and perform heavy cleaning tasks nightly.

This role requires physical stamina, reliability, and attention to detail; availability Friday nights or Saturdays is required. Prior commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
• Ability to handle a physical workload.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail a must.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Commercial cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.

We are seeking an experienced, reliable and self efficient janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, tracking and monitoring supply inventory etc. This account is an after hour accounts that must be cleaned Monday through Saturdays. Estimated cleaning time is 2.5 hours nightly.

Responsibilities:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition

Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors

Perform routine maintenance tasks

Organize custodial closets and spaces

Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
