Maker's Pride is seeking a shift supervisor to guide and train production employees, coordinating quality checks on the assigned line. You will lead teams of 12–40, assign operations during the shift, and work to meet production schedules while maintaining safety and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing.

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday + Overtime/Weekends 3rd Shift: 9:00PM to 6:00AM Panama Shift Pattern (2-2-3) C/D Crew: 6:00PM to 6:00AM

Job Summary

Guide and train production employees and coordinate quality checks on assigned production line.

Job Duties:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent 2 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment Fundamental understanding of Lean Manufacturing
