• Work closely with Managers and Team Members to bring hospitality to our guests.
• Coach and support cross-training of Team Members as business grows.
• Support overall restaurant experience, including operations and cash handling.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team performance and promote a positive work environment.
• Delegate tasks and ensure standards are executed.
• Train and develop other Team Members.
• Manage operations including opening/closing the restaurant.
