Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking Team Leaders to assist with the facility and operations at our high-traffic car wash locations across the country. This role offers a starting pay rate of $16.00 per hour and is ideal for individuals who want to learn how to lead a team and advance into management.

We provide flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions, plus strong growth and development opportunities as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. Tidal Wave is a fast and fun, team-oriented environment, and our Team Leaders set the example by exceeding expectations and assisting the management team! What Your Day Will Look Like
