Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking a Team Leader to help manage daily operations at our Gloucester, VA location. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver friendly customer service, and support the management in running the car wash facility efficiently.

This position offers either part-time or full-time roles with opportunities for growth within a nationwide brand. Candidates must be able to stand for long periods, work in all weather, and pass a drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility (landscaping, cleaning, etc.).

Hourly - Hourly Plan, 17.00 USD Hourly

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.

• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.

What You Will Need:

• Friendly, Responsible, and Reliable!
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.
• At least 18 years of age.
