Planet Fitness PF Baseline Fitness is seeking a Team Lead to help oversee gym operations and ensure a positive member experience at a financially successful club. The role involves front desk tasks, greeting potential members, tours, and supporting the Club Manager as needed.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, assisting marketing efforts, inventory control, and delivering exceptional customer service daily.

Team Leads learn the Planet Fitness culture and experience, while simultaneously building their leadership and development skills. Team Leads who successfully complete the Team Lead program, would then move onto Manager in Training and if successful, a Club Manager position.
