Job summary

Domino’s Pizza in Green Bay is hiring a Team Lead to run shifts, guide the crew, and ensure excellent customer experiences on busy evenings and weekends.

You’ll be the on-shift go-to person, manage cash and basic store operations, train new team members, and help meet daily goals. Compensation starts at $16/hour with room to grow through training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
