Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Duncan, OK is seeking a Team Leader to help run the site and its operations. You will lead daily tasks, ensure guests receive friendly service, and help manage open/close procedures at the facility.

The role offers an hourly starting rate of $14, with opportunities for growth and a path into management within a fast-growing company. Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available and a strong team culture is emphasized.

• Drug Screen and Background Check Required per state guidelines.

• Ability to be on your feet for long hours.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, including landscape maintenance & pressure washing.

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. What Your Day Will Look Like:
