TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. in Anderson, SC is seeking a Team Lead – Distribution for the second shift to supervise shipping/receiving and warehouse staff, ensuring quality goals and productivity.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and the ability to work under pressure. You will train employees, manage day-to-day performance with supervision, and coordinate procedures, safety, and staffing to meet production schedules.

Qualifications

• High School education or 2-3 years of warehouse experience.
• Excellent English communication (oral and written) required.
• Data processing and PC experience, including Word/Excel, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates the activities of shipping and/or receiving and operators for quality goals and productivity.
• Trains internal employees and temporary staff per quality and customer specifications.
• Responsible for day-to-day supervision and some performance management by escalating issues to the Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensures adherence to department processes and protocols and resolves issues.
• Recommends staffing changes to match workload with supervision as needed.
• Keeps supplies and tools available to employees and updates procedures as needed.
• Promotes safety and recognizes potential accident-causing situations; communicates issues to management.
• Maintains security and escorts unauthorized persons from warehouse areas.
