Accountabilities

• Lead and supervise a team responsible for data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Develop strategies and processes that enable team members to achieve goals and complete projects efficiently
• Manage day-to-day requests for data, reports, and analytics support from internal stakeholders
• Build and maintain data migration staging environments and data warehouses
• Support regulatory and business reporting requirements, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Profile downstream data to identify anomalies, inconsistencies, and potential data issues
• Collaborate with QA teams to build test cases and scenarios, ensuring robust validation of data outputs
• Create scripts for reporting and conduct peer reviews to maintain high standards of data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
• Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and data management best practices
• Experience with analytics and BI platforms such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Cognos
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps)
• Experience creating process flows and diagrams using tools like Visio
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to convey insights to stakeholders
