Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in a licensed childcare facility.
- Leading a classroom and implementing lesson plans.
- College credits toward Early Childhood Education or Child Development or a CDA preferred.
- Able to meet state/accreditation requirements.
- Able to work indoors or outdoors with children.
Responsibilities
- Promote growth and manage classroom to support children's development.
- Lead on curriculum implementation and daily activities.
- Communicate with families to support child achievement and center success.
- Mentor new hires and fellow teachers, creating engaging learning experiences.
- Take on Director/Assistant Director duties in their absence, including opening/closing.
- Ensure daily care follows licensing guidelines and company standards.
