About The Job

Louis Vuitton in Brookfield Place is seeking a motivated & client centric Team Lead to join our team.

As a Team Lead you will be an ambassador of the Brand and will assist the Sr. Store Director, Assistant Store Director and Team Managers to mentor and develop the team, build Client relationships, proactively champion the achievement of sales goals and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.

Job responsibilities

With a focused and entrepreneurial attitude you will have the ability to expertly identify desired products for our clients based on their individual profiles and market trends in order to maintain and drive our position in the market and drive business results.

Essential duties and responsibilities of a Team Lead include:

The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate with the range of USD $40.00 - $47.00 plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions
