Job summary

Tidal Wave Auto Spa is hiring a Team Leader to help run our car wash facility with a focus on safety, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. You will be part of a fast-growing team in a dynamic atmosphere that values development and career progression.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in the Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prepare vehicles before they pass through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscaping and pressure washing.

Starting Pay Rate: Hourly - Hourly Plan, 16.00 USD Hourly

A Tidal Wave Team Leader assists with the responsibilities of the site’s facility and its operations. What We Will Provide:

What Your Day Will Look Like:

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of all equipment.
• Maintain the facility, which includes landscape maintenance & pressure washing, etc.
