Tidal Wave Auto Spa in Birmingham, AL is hiring a Team Leader to support site operations and lead by example in a fast, team-oriented environment.

The role offers growth toward management, competitive pay at $14/hour with weekly commission potential, and flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. You’ll supervise daily activities, train teammates, and help maintain clean, safe facilities across all weather conditions.

• Friendly, responsible, and reliable individuals who can provide great customer service.
• Able to stand for long hours and work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly & enthusiastic customer service.
• Assist in opening and closing the facility.
• Enroll customers in our Unlimited Car Wash Club.
• Prep vehicles before they go through the tunnel.
• Safely guide customers onto the tunnel conveyor.
• Assist in regular maintenance of equipment.
• Maintain the facility including landscaping and power washing.
