Responsibilities

• Assist with training plans and cross training to improve coverage.
• Ensure quality checks and paperwork are complete before shipment.
• Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Maintain 5S and visual factory improvements.
• Ensure safe, timely production of deliverables and housekeeping.
• Communicate daily with Value Stream Leaders and coordinate with maintenance.
