Dover Food Retail (DFR) is seeking a Team Lead for 2nd shift at our South Chesterfield, Virginia facility. The role is onsite and full-time with hourly pay range $24.00–$28.00.

You will oversee the assembly line, operate and troubleshoot equipment, and ensure production targets are met. Responsibilities include training and delegating work, monitoring output quality, and maintaining production records for performance analysis.

Moving, packing, and sorting raw materials or finished goods. Monitoring the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products. Maintaining accurate daily assembly production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis. A Support 4 requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include: Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations..
