Job summary

Domino’s team in Kent, OH is hiring a Team Lead to run shifts, lead the crew, and ensure great service. You’ll assist with food prep, cashiering, and daily operations, with opportunities for development and advancement within a fast-paced, team-focused store.

Starting at $14 per hour with potential increases as you train and grow your leadership skills; flexible schedules supported by a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
