Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring a Team Lead to support daily operations in a fast-paced store within Team Honey Badger.

You’ll be the go-to person on shift, keep the store running smoothly, and ensure outstanding customer experiences while leading and mentoring teammates.

Compensation starts at $16 per hour with opportunities to increase through training. Full benefits and 401(k) for full-time staff, paid training, and a culture that promotes from within.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
