Job summary

Team Honey Badger (Domino’s franchise) is hiring motivated Team Leads to run shifts, lead a fast-paced team, and deliver excellent customer experiences in a supportive, growth‑oriented environment.

You’ll be the go‑to person on shift, manage operations, train staff, and help achieve daily store goals while maintaining high standards and a positive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
