Job summary

Team Honey Badger in Fargo, ND is seeking a Team Lead to be the go-to person on shift, running the store and delivering great customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will lead and motivate team members, help prepare food, handle cash, train new staff, and support daily store goals. Starting pay is $17 per hour with potential increases after training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted. Some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
