Job summary

Domino's Team Honey Badger in Charleston, WV is hiring motivated Team Leads to step up, take charge, and help run great shifts. You’ll be the go-to person on shift, keeping the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Compensation starts at $13 per hour with room to increase after training. Benefits include paid training, advancement opportunities, and a supportive, team-focused environment where leadership from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.
