Job summary

Domino’s Weston is seeking a motivated Team Lead to be the go-to person on shift, keeping the store running smoothly while delivering excellent customer experiences.

You’ll lead and motivate team members, handle basic store operations, and support daily goals. This role offers fast-paced work, opportunities to grow into Assistant Manager and beyond, with training and advancement paths.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong attendance and punctuality.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to run a shift at least 3 times per week.
• Adaptable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Facial tattoos are not permitted; some facial piercings may be allowed but limited.

Compensation
