You will play an essential role as part of a multidisciplinary team in delivering holistic guidance and support.

Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the campus for extended periods to support classrooms, student supervision, transitions, and crisis response as needed.
Ability to physically intervene using approved de-escalation and safety protocols when required (e.g., CPI/Handle With Care), consistent with SESI training and policy.
Ability to lift, carry, and move light to moderate items (up to approximately 30 pounds), including instructional materials, student belongings, or equipment.
Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and sit on the floor when supporting students, facilitating small groups, or engaging in restorative or coaching conversations.
Ability to maintain visual and auditory awareness of students and campus activity to ensure student safety, supervision, and rapid response in high-need situations.
