Job summary

Jobtailor in New Jersey is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to coordinate daily operations and supervise warehousing, receiving and shipping teams. You will mentor staff, ensure inbound/outbound paperwork accuracy, and maintain safety standards in a busy distribution environment.

Ideal candidates will operate MHE, use RF scanners with WMS, and possess strong communication and leadership abilities. This role emphasizes quality, efficiency, and team development in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in logistics, distribution, or related environment.
• Able to operate MHE (Material Handling Equipment).
• Forklift training completed and current.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of RF scanners and WMS functions.
• English reading/writing/verbal proficiency.
• Basic to intermediate math skills.

Responsibilities

Requirements
